We invite you to join us for a seminar on Intellectual Property Litigation in China, the U.S., and Europe.
Horace Lam, Partner at DLA Piper, and Elias Lambiris, Head of Global IP Litigation at Novonesis, will share practical insights and strategies based on real-life cases. This seminar will explore litigation strategies for the different aspects of IP, focusing on the dos, don’ts, and best practices for preparation when navigating IP litigation across the three key jurisdictions: China, the U.S., and Europe.
Our speakers
Horace Lam is located in China and a partner at DLA Piper with 26+ years of experience. He leads a team of IP lawyers with full Greater China coverage, advises multinational and Chinese companies on brand protection strategies, global trademark portfolio management, and cross-border IP litigation.
Elias Lambiris is located in the US and Director of Global IP Litigation at Novonesis, with more than 25 years of experience in all phases of domestic and international patent practice, including development of global patent strategies, negotiation, licensing and litigation work.
