Seminar 18 September 2026 – Aarhus:

Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement in China

We invite you to join us for a DIFI seminar on Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement in China. The seminar will be held in both Copenhagen (17 September) and Aarhus (18 September), with Horace Lam, Partner at DLA Piper, speaking at both events alongside a Danish industry representative.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience advising multinational and Chinese companies, Horace Lam will share practical insights into intellectual property protection, enforcement, and litigation in China. Each seminar will also feature a leading Danish industry representative, sharing practical experiences of protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights when doing business in and with China.

The seminar will explore intellectual property protection and enforcement issues, including litigation strategies across different IP disciplines. Focus will be placed on the dos and don’ts, as well as best practices for preparing and navigating IP protection and enforcement in one of the world’s largest and most dynamic markets.
